We took a pitstop on the way home today and took a nature walk at the Bolsa Chica wetlands.
I like to plan ahead but today I thought hey let's go for a nature walk!
My Aunt Debbie used to take us kids on nature walks when we were kids and it's still one of my favorite memories. We would try to find many things that God made on our walks .
My aunt is a state away but I am carrying on her tradition and we had a lot of fun! Especially Jo who took his clothes off and started running through the wild, hehe.
We saw various plants, birds, bugs, squirrels, a rabbit and even *gasp* a rattlesnake! He's hiding in a bush in one of the pix (bottom right corner)
Here are most of my other pix from our walk.

My 3 Sons
Big brothers Jake and Caleb love listening to baby brother no name and feeling him move. By listening I mean hearing my belly growl. Caleb told me today that he heard the baby "fart". What can I say? Boys will be boys!
They keep asking me what the baby's name will be and offer their suggestions. Jake likes, buzz, woody, Jesse, Michael Scott and smelly cat, not necessarily in that order. Caleb doesn't have a name choice as he insists that it's a girl! Most days he is excited to have another brother, other days he insists it's a girl. wouldn't it be funny if he were right? We shall have to wait and see. Baby no name has about 13 weeks to arrive (Dec 5) . Lord willing, of course.

This is a photo taken by Joe Barnet of Barnet Photography. I went to a wedding workshop a few months ago and I got to model for one of the shots showing how to get a blue sky. If you ever want to take a photography workshop you should definitely see WWW.barnetworkshops.com I had the best time, learned a lot and have a ton of notes to prove it! They definitely inspired me in my photography career.

Life
Well Jason is back home. He made it home safely Friday at 10pm and we got to spend the weekend together. Tonight he is coming home early to help out at the church hopefully for our women's ministry kickoff (helping with childcare). He might be close to home hopefully for the next week or so, which means he is only gone a few nights of the week.
As I mentioned, tonight is our kickoff meeting for our new women's ministry. I'll tell you the name later, we're keeping it a secret, revealing it tonight. I am helping in the communications arena of it, blog, facebook, pictures, etc. I'm also helping design flyers, graphics etc. It's been crazy but rewarding! I am so glad that God saw fit to bring us to Life Church. Whenever I think about our church and our women's ministry, and youth ministry - I get so excited, I can't explain it besides that feeling you get when you are "in love". Aww. Praying for His blessings daily (and receiving them gladly)

My Hubby
Just in case there are some family and friends out there who still don't know what Jason's new job is or where he is, I'm going to try to keep this site updated. In as much of a "Tiff Nutshell" as I can do here goes:
Jason and I decided to revamp our working situation. With the economy being what it has been our business just wasn't paying the bills. In fact it was costing money to keep it going. Money we didn't have. We were blessed by a friend from church having a job opening for Jason and J's business partner Ben at a company called Total Safety. Basically they are trained in "Confined Space Rescue", among other things. They take readings at the sites where the maintenance people there do work, making sure it is a safe environment and are ready to go in if they need to rescue anyone. Jason is certified to teach CPR so he has also been doing some classes for Total Safety in that, and he has been teaching other classes too (I forget which ones - it was fun helping him make his Powerpoint though) :) They have been at an oil refinery and a chemical plant (both in Long Beach area), and now an oil refinery in Texas. Jason is leaving after his shift tonight to Oklahoma to train a new team and then he will be with that team in Oklahoma for a month on that job. Other family has now joined the team and they are with them in Texas. Dustin Remy (my sis-in-law's bro) and James Santa (J's cousin). Sorry I don't have more details but the few minutes that I get to spend talking with my hubby get eaten up quick. All the info here I have been gathering since Thanksgiving LOL. I can hardly keep up with it, it seems like it changes almost daily but I will keep you posted as much as I can, for whoever cares anyway. :) Love you all and thanks for all your prayers and support. We are so blessed.
